Here's how the bootcamp journey organically unfolds:


🎵 Phase 1: ALIGN

Like a guitar without it's strings, we maaay have the ability to do incredible things with our compassionate power ... but we're never going to operate in our fullness until we have our strings (our boundaries).

That's what Phase 1 is all about.  It's time to set you up for joy!  It's time to lay the foundation for powerful, practical, heart-centered boundaries. It's time to align you with your truth



Through the first 5 Modules, you’ll explore:

Your Boundaries Blueprint (Module 1) – a clear, compassionate framework that removes boundaries confusion for good.  Use these tools to see and set healthy boundaries that are loving, heart-centered, and clear.

The Root Work (Module 2) – understanding how people-pleasing, fear, and shame were wired into us (often early on). These unique tools are where "Inner Child work" meets boundaries -- and the result? Deeper self-love and empowerment as we bust out of our original packaging and into our freedom!

Pro-Relational Boundaries (Modules 3 & 4) – how our true boundaries organically nurture, protect, and grow love and connection, healing our own attachment wounds in the process while fostering healthier relationships with the people we love. 

Get radical paradigm shifts, incredible tools, and actionable practices you can apply immediately to family life, romantic relationships, friendships, and the workplace!

Protective Boundaries for Toxic Dynamics (Module 5) – how to protect yourself and hold strong when dealing with narcissistic folks, abusive or difficult relationships, whether a family member, spouse, friend, or a toxic workplace. We may not be able to change them, but we CAN change ourselves.  At last, a framework full of heart-centered tools so that we no longer participate in our own disempowerment.

In short, Phase 1 is practical, clarifying, highly relational and deeply validating. You’ll come away with a solid understanding of your true boundaries — and all the tools you need to start organically implementing them in your every day life and relationships. 



🔥 Phase 2: ACTIVATE

Build your inner boundaries and awaken the truth of who you are.

In Phase 2, we turn inward. Here’s where the real shift begins—not just in how you do boundaries, but in how you feel and experience them from the inside out.

This phase is all about developing strong inner boundaries so you can stop abandoning yourself, start honoring your truth, and live with deeper alignment.

Through Modules 6–8, you’ll explore:

The Wisdom of the Body (Module 6) – learn how your body constantly communicates boundary signals through sensations, intuition, and your five senses — and how to finally listen.  

The Powerful Intersection of Values and Boundaries (Module 6) – discover the empowering link between your core values and your boundaries, and how aligning the two creates incredible energy and joy.

Emotional Boundaries for Empathic Hearts (Module 7) – begin to cooperate wtih the innate boundaries of thoughts and emotions, reclaiming emotional sovereignty for yourself and entering into a whole new era of self-care and emotional health. 

The Boundaries of Identity and Self-Leadership (Module 8) – untangle your sense of self from your performance, achievements, and approval, and step into the fullness of your truth and loving power.  This is self-worth on steroids!

Phase 2 is full of deeply healing empowerment. You’ll learn how to trust your inner wisdom, reclaim your energy, and get loaded up with deeply intuitive creative tools (and actionable practices!) so that you can begin showing up as your truest self—with grace and groundedness.

Live it. Lead it. Expand into the future you were born for.

This final phase is about integration—taking everything you’ve learned, healed, and reclaimed, and weaving it into the fabric of your daily life, your relationships, your leadership, and your legacy.

In Modules 9–12, you’ll expand your boundaries journey into something even bigger: a life that reflects your truth, your love, and your deepest vision for who you came here to be.



Catalyze the Transformation (Module 9) – Receive a radically different framework for inner work, all while exploring how healing and self-development can be helped or hindered by leaders and groups. Use your innate boundaries to catalyze your transformation, lead with love, and become a force of change in the world.

Visioning the Empowered Life (Module 10) – discover your deeper purpose, walk in your calling, and vision a future rooted in your values, purpose, and self-trust—so you move forward with clarity and joy.  This powerful module is where "boundaries meets visioning," which is another way to say BUCKLE YOUR SEATBELT! 

The Practice of Being Boundaried (Module 11) – Using these new tools and centered practices, build a gently rooted lifestyle filled with self-worth, self-love, self-compassion, and grounded presence, even in the midst of whatever life throws at you, with practices that help you stay connected to your truth every day.

Becoming the Change (Module 12) – Fully embracing and becoming the transformation: deepen your awakening, expand your self-perception, become even MORE comfortable with your power, and step fully into the difference only you can make.  This is where things go 10x and beyond! 

This final Phase  is where it aaaall comes together. You’re not just learning boundaries—you’re embodying them. You’re becoming the boundaried, empowered, heart-led version of you that the world has been waiting for.
