You’re still staying too small. Silencing your voice. Dimming your light. Keeping the peace.
But you know you have something inside of you longing to be expressed -- an inner light that cannot be kept small any longer.
"I am here for more than this."
Can you feel it?
You are not alone. Compassionate people everywhere are hearing the call.
Yes, you've been on a healing journey. (Many of us are healers ourselves). You've been doing the inner work, growing and changing--and you've come a long way from where you first started.
And now?
Because it's time to awaken your voice and embody it fully.
Now is the time to awaken your voice.
What do we mean by, "awaken your voice?"
To remove the blocks that have been holding you back, to connect with the fullness of your expression, and to embody it.
Because the authentic expression of your heart matters.
It's time to awaken the voice inside of you and let your light flow freely.
Are you ready?
This is a retreat experience designed for people like you: the survivors, empaths, healers, caring hearts, leaders, counselors, creatives, change makers, and all those who know they are here to make the world a better place.
Meet Your Guides ✨
This retreat is led by two experienced facilitators whose work is deeply aligned — bringing together the worlds of unfawning, boundaries, nervous system healing, and authentic self-trust.
Ingrid and Molly at "Heart Rock" in Joshua Tree National Park
Molly’s work centers on helping compassionate people reconnect with their inner truth, develop healthy boundaries, and step into lives that feel aligned, empowered, and real.
Blending psychology with creative expression, somatics, art, sound, and collective connection, Molly creates transformational experiences that go beyond insight — supporting lasting internal shifts in how people relate to themselves and others.
Molly's approach to healing and growth is intuitive, full bodied, and deeply creative, offering a space for leaders, healers, helpers, survivors and empaths to safely go deep, shift at the tectonic plate level, and begin to live more fully from who they truly are.
Molly Davis Moon, MS Therapist, Author, Boundaries Guide
Ingrid Clayton is a psychologist and author known for her work on trauma, fawning, and the ways we adapt ourselves in order to feel safe in relationships.
Her work (featured in Oprah Daily, The New York Times, Women's Health, Forbes, 10% Happier with Dan Harris, and NPR) helps people understand the deeper patterns behind self-abandonment, over-accommodation, spiritual bypassing, and disconnection from self — while offering grounded, practical pathways back to inner safety and authenticity.
With a balance of clarity, warmth, and depth, Ingrid's empathic approach creates nervous system safety, opening the doors for rich self-exploration, healing, and transformation, supporting participants in ways that feel both empowering and sustainable.

What Our Days Will Feel Like
Below is a deeper look at the rhythm and flow of our time together:
Day One: Awareness, Grounding, Healing — Honoring the Voice Within
Morning Session with Molly (9am – 12pm) The Voice Wound: Somatics of Survival, Expression & Healing
A powerful experiential exploration of how the body holds the voice wound — often in the form of people-pleasing, fawning, self-suppression, and internalized fear.
Through a guided art-based process (no art experience required), you’ll gently identify and honor the protective patterns that helped you survive, opening space for healing and transformation.
Afternoon Session with Ingrid (2pm – 5pm) Returning to Yourself: Grounding into Inner Safety
Through eco-psychology and nature-based practices, you'll explore how the voice of the nervous system speaks through the senses.
Connecting with the earth through walking meditation, sensory awareness, and guided narrative inquiry, you'll ground into presence and inner identity, supported without performance, proving, pleasing, or fawning.
A restorative, immersive sound bath combined with guided somatic meditation supporting integration, release, and nervous system regulation.
Day Two: Awakening, Insight, Deepening — Honoring the Voice Expressed
Morning Session with Molly (9am – 12pm) We Are the Medicine: Healing Ourselves, Healing the World
Gain insight and expansion as you examine internal narratives that have shaped perception of identity, personality, emotions, and experiences, moving from disempowerment into rich personal sovereignty, agency, and self-leadership.
Using experiential living sculpture work, shine light onto stories that no longer serve you and transmute them with love into truth.
Afternoon Session with Ingrid (2pm – 5pm) Awakening the Wisdom From Within: A Parts-Based Writing Experience
What if the answers you've been searching for are already within you, just waiting to be heard? In this guided writing experience (no writing experience required), allow yourself to hear the different parts of yourself that shape your thoughts, emotions, and patterns.
Explore the authenticity of your own inner voice, the joy of honoring what wants to be heard, and the organic shifts that occur when we make space to lovingly listen.
After turning inward to listen, we gather to give those inner experiences a voice. Through guided somatic experiencing involving drumming, vocal toning, and rhythm, we explore expression and expansion, allowing the body and nervous system to release old patterns and integrate new awarenesses.
There is no right way to participate. You may drum, sing, dance, listen, or simply be. This is a space to be honored and supported as you shift from thinking into feeling, self-silencing into self-expression.
Day Three: Agency, Empowerment, Transformation — Becoming the Voice Embodied
Morning Session with Molly (9am – 12pm) We Can Weave New Spells: From Inner Transformation to Outward Manifestation
Exploring the power of stories as change-agents alongside our own innate ability to create new realities, we use a blend of psychology and quantum physics to re-imagine story as vibration (weaves, patterns, prayers, spells).
Using art-based experiential activity (no art background requred), you will learn to weave a new story of you, creating a new pattern for your life going forward.
Afternoon Session with Ingrid (2pm – 5pm) Somatic Inquiry, Anchoring, and the Threshold: Crossing Into the Embodied Self
Now we move from inner knowing into lived expression through the body, voice, boundaries, choices, and communal witnessing. This is not about "performing transformation," but rather the relational practice of congruence.
Using the power of somatic inquiry and living sculpture work, feel the truth in your body as your voice is activated and your truth embodied.
Evening Session (6:15pm – 8pm) Closing Ceremony: We Are The Weavers, We Are the Spell, We Are the Prayer, We Are the Change
In our final ceremony together, we celebrate and anchor in all that has happened with a special closing offering full of community love, transformation, joy, and gratitude.
